Terms of service

01 general terms

▸You agree to my TOS by commissioning me.▸I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

02 payment

▸Currency accepted is USD and can be paid only through PayPal.▸Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission.▸Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.▸No refunds after I started working.

03 process & delivery

▸Please provide me with clear character references: no written descriptions, no real people.▸I will send you a WIP of the sketch, no revisions to pose, accessories and details after you approved the sketch.▸Commission time may vary depending on complexity. (usually 1 - 2 weeks)▸Once finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via E-mail.

04 revisions

▸You can ask for revisions (max up to 2 times is included in the price, after WIP approval this applies only to colour and minor changes)▸A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.▸If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage

05 copyright & usage

▸I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.▸I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.▸I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (Unless discussed otherwise)▸You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, @conn_r07.▸Personal commission: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.)▸Personal commission are for private person/ groups of persons only▸I do not allow my art to be used to train AI

06 Refunds

▸No refunds after I started working on your commission▸If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.▸If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

BUSTColored sketch: $30
Full render: $40A portrait/bust commission crops the character around the neck/chest area depending on the individual character.

HALF-BODYColored sketch: $40
Full render: $50A half-body commission shows the character from head to hip/mid-thigh area.

FULL-BODYColored sketch: $70
Full render: $100A full-body commissions shows the full character. It's possible that parts are cut due to composition choices. The price depends on amount and complexity.
